I-Source invests at first round in early stage companies (either just created or up to 5 years of existence) in the areas of Information and Communications Technologies (Software, Saas, Multimedia, Telecom and Embedded Systems).
We may invest from Euros 500 000 to 1,5 million in a first round and Euros 500 000 to 5 million with co-investors.
 
The criteria for investment consist of an objective assessment of the technological and management qualities of the project as well as its growth potential :
 
- the quality of the management team

- the technological intensity and the barriers to entry (including the ownership of the intellectual property rights)

- the innovation and the validation of the technologies

- the market size and growth

- the robustness of the marketing strategy

- the development stage of the project
 

We invest in equity at creating the company or growing it.
 
Our preference goes to limited liability companies (SA).
